When You Give Us Your Phone Number or Email
By providing your phone number, email address, or both to Grace and Glory Hospice (whether through our website, by phone, in person, or as part of our admissions process), you consent to receive communications from us related to:

- Care coordination, visit scheduling, and medication or equipment delivery
- Bereavement support and grief resources

You agree that we may contact you at any phone number or email address you provide, including a wireless phone number.
Text Message (SMS) Consent
If you provide a mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Grace and Glory Hospice related to the purposes described above. Text messages are sent through NurtureHub, our communication and lead management platform. Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Grace and Glory Hospice does not charge a fee to send or receive text messages.
How to Stop or Pause Text Messages
You may opt out of our text messages at any time:
- Reply STOP to any text message from us to unsubscribe.
- Reply HELP to any text message for assistance.
- Call us at (650) 898-5784 to update your communication preferences directly.
After replying STOP, you’ll receive one confirmation message and no further text messages from that program unless you re-subscribe.
Privacy and HIPAA
Grace and Glory Hospice is a healthcare provider and complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We will limit any protected health information shared by text or email to what is reasonably necessary for your care or follow-up. For sensitive medical details, we recommend communicating by phone or in person rather than text or email.
By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that text and email are not fully secure channels and may be visible to anyone with access to your device. You can ask us to communicate by phone only at any time.

Your Confirmations
By providing your contact information, you confirm that:

- The phone number(s) and email address(es) you provided belong to you, or you have authorization from the account holder to share them.

Withdrawing consent will not affect the care of a patient currently in our service. It may limit how we can reach you for non-care matters like surveys, review invitations, or general updates.
